Tibi BookClub

In the summer of 2023, I interned for luxury clothing brand, Tibi, in New York City, During my internship, founder and creative director, Amy Smilovic, hosted a bookclub for her book, The Creative Pragmatist.

As a Public Relations and Marketing intern, my duties were to assist the PR and Marketing team with coordinating the guest list, food and beverages for the event, and to greet and welcome the guests before the event. By helping with such a community-focused, intimate event I came to further appreciate the power of emotional association with a brand. Deemed, “Tibi Fans,” fled to the event from all over the world to hear Amy speak on her philosophy behind her brand. It was truly awe-inspiring to have had the opportunity to be apart of such a meaningful brand event..
